Resolution: Having been contacted by this client, our team attended the premises out of hours in the early morning to avoid disruption to the store and their customers. The existing faulty operators were removed and Quay Facilities supplied, installed and wired two new automatic swing operators for the automatic doors. These were then tested with the branch manager and our engineers left the doors in full working order.
The client was delighted that their automatic doors were now closing correctly as this was during the winter months.
