Quay Facilities was commissioned by Adept Elevator Group to replace an ageing roller shutter at their premises in Dartford. The existing shutter had reached the end of its operational life and required removal and safe disposal before a more secure and efficient system could be installed.

Our team carried out a full removal of the old roller shutter system, ensuring all materials were responsibly disposed of. We then supplied and installed a brand-new galvanised solid roller shutter, built for durability, security, and ease of use.
Due to the height of the opening, a scissor lift was required to carry out the installation safely and efficiently. All works were completed by our IPAF-certified engineers, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
The newly installed galvanised roller shutter provides Adept Elevator Group with a robust, secure solution, designed to withstand frequent industrial use. The improved appearance and performance of the new shutter also contribute to better energy retention and overall site efficiency.
