Resolution: Our qualified engineers arrived at the premises to find the staff confused with their problem. Upon closer inspection, the fire door had completely failed and ideally needed replacing in full. As a temporary solution, our engineers altered and cut the existing hinges to enable staff to enter and exit, and a full quote for a new fire door was provided.

The client was pleased that the fire exit route was now clear and did not compromise customers or staff.
