Resolution: Attending the premises immediately, Quay Facilities arrived within the agreed SLA. It was clear that this problem had a deeper issue, so we advised the client that a full repair would be needed at a later date and provided an affordable quote for them. In the mean time, our experienced engineer was able to secure the frame and alter the panic bar to allow complete use whilst keeping the site secure. 

This customer was very happy that the door could be temporarily fixed even though there was a more serious issue.
