Resolution: Automatic doors come with an individual remote handset as standard that is programmed to the doors of each client. Additional remote handsets must be added one by one and programmed in to operate the doors. In order to gain access to their remote control system, Quay Facilities had to carefully remove some ceiling tiles that were blocking access. Quay Facilities then supplied and programmed four brand new handsets immediately, and tested them before leaving the happy client.
Our customer was very happy with the quick response and availability of the required fobs on the engineer's van.
