Resolution: Having arrived at the premises quickly, Quay Facilities assessed the door in full and came to the conclusion that the client required a new electronic keypad and power supply unit. As all Quay Facilities engineers are equipped with a van stocked full of potential replacement solutions and parts, both the keypad and power supply unit were successfully installed and the engineer left the site with the buffer door operating as new. 

The client was happy the door was fixed as they confirmed the door had been out of action for several weeks before we attended.
