We were contacted by this client when their industrial fridge doors had jammed open.

Location: Poole

Fault: We were contacted by Lidl when their industrial fridge doors had jammed open.

Resolution: A fully qualified Quay Facilities engineer attended the site and was immediately able to fix the sectional doors, getting them back up and running to give staff safe access. Having secured the doors and completed a full assessment of the premises, the engineer identified that the steel lifting cables that powered the movement of the doors had to be untangled and recabled. This was completed and tested in full with the management watching on, and the doors were left fully operational to the delight of the customer.

The client was pleased that the doors could be used immediately following our visit.
