After investing in a set of new industrial fire shutters from another provider, the client contacted us to fix the issue as the shutters were not closing fully.

Dunelm

Location: Eastbourne

Fault: After investing in a set of new industrial fire shutters from another provider, Dunelm contacted us to fix the issue as the shutters were not closing fully.

Resolution: Quay Facilities attended the site to find that the industrial fire shutters laths had become bent in several places and due to this issue, the steel endlocks had also been severely damaged. Quay Facilities two man team assessed the damage and made the decision, with the approval of the client, to straighten out the laths and fit brand new steel endlocks. Once installed, the industrial fire shutters were then fully tested using the fire alarm and dropped safely without any problems.

Our client was delighted with quality of the repair and the workmanship of our two engineers.
