The industrial shopfront doors of this client had dropped suddenly and had since been scraping the floor, causing damage to the immediate area.

Location: Aylesford

Fault: The industrial shopfront doors of this client had dropped suddenly and had since been scraping the floor, causing damage to the immediate area.

Resolution: Unfortunately, Quay Facilities arrived at this high-end furniture retailer to find the industrial roller shutters in a dangerous state. After assessing the shutters and with the approval of the client, Quay Facilities took the decision to fully replace the drive arm assembly and bottom floor pivot assembly using the engineers van stock on site. Upon closer inspection, it was clear that almost all of the parts on these shutters had become extremely worn, but the new shutters were left operating perfectly.

The client was extremely happy with the repair and availability of parts in the engineer’s van.
