This client called us immediately when they noticed that their remote control system for their roller shutters had failed completely.

Location: Bromley

Fault: H&T Jewllery called us immediately when they noticed that their remote control system for their roller shutters had failed completely.

Resolution: Quay Facilities were able to attend to this problem the same day on an emergency basis, and our trained engineer team assessed the roller shutters immediately upon arrival. Upon closer inspection, the unit that powered the remote control system was diagnosed as faulty and was beyond repair. Our engineers had a replacement in their van however, and they installed a brand new unit complete with three fobs for the client’s employees.

This client was delighted that the work could be completed without a second visit.
