This client was suffering with a total failure of their roller shutters, as the electrics weren’t working properly.

Location: Battersea

Fault: This client was suffering with a total failure of his roller shutters, as the electrics weren’t working properly.

Resolution: Once we were contacted by this client, Quay Facilities Roller Shutters & Doors attended the site with an electrician in tow. After a short period of time spent investigating the issue, it was diagnosed that the internal fuse on the roller shutter had blown due to a power surge. We replaced the internal fuse and were able to fully test the roller shutters before leaving. The client commented how impressed he was with the low cost of the fix and how the roller shutters were quickly returned to full working order in a single visit.

Our client was delighted with the overall approach to the repair and its final cost.
