We were contacted by this client after they were having issues setting the alarm for the roller shutters in their loading bay.

Location: Isleworth

Fault: We were contacted by Currie Motors after they were having issues setting the alarm for the roller shutters in their loading bay.

Resolution: Quay Facilities quickly made their way over to the premises to establish the issue. After investigation, the decision was made to completely remove the steel casing around the roller shutters and reset the internal limits of the motor, giving the shutters more room to operate and allowing the alarm to be set correctly. Quay Facilities fully tested the shutters before leaving and the client was happy that they were left in perfect working order.

Our customer was very happy with the speed and efficiency of the engineer.
