We were contacted by this client early one morning when they noticed that the flush bolt on the main entrance door of the retail shop was broken.

Location: Putney

Fault: We were contacted by this client early one morning when they noticed that the flush bolt on the main entrance door of the retail shop was broken.

Resolution: Potentially caused by unknown vandalism, this problem was attended to by a fully qualified Quay Facilities engineer. After assessing the damage to the shopfront door, the old flush bolt was broken beyond repair and had to be changed. To the delight of the client, Quay Facilities were able to replace the flush bolt with a new one straight from the engineer’s van stock and the doors were left having been fully tested and in full working order.

This client was happy with the repair and how efficient the engineer was on site.
