Following an extended period of poor maintanence, this retail shop was down to its last working shutter door, and we were contacted when the lock to this final door stopped working.

Fault: Following an extended period of poor maintanence, this retail shop was down to its last working shutter door, and we were contacted when the lock to this final door stopped working.

Resolution: A fully qualified Quay Facilities engineer attended the site and was immediately able to free up the main entrance lock, giving the staff access to the building once again. Having taken the time to make a full assessment of all the doors, the engineer also advised the client to repair their remaining doors to avoid a repeat of this scenario. As a result, Quay Facilities returned later that day with two additional team members to remove and replace all the main entrance locks and aluminium security doors.

The client was extremely happy that they now have all their doors working. Another satisfied customer!
