Resolution: The Quay Facilities emergency repair team attended the property and found that the commercial roller shutter had developed a faulty motor. However, rather than waste time attempting an unlikely fix on the faulty motor, Quay Facilities were able to repair the commercial roller shutters right there and then, replacing the faulty motor with a brand new one from the engineer’s van stock. Quay Facilities supplied and fitted a 1no 240v tubular motor, testing the commercial roller shutters fully and leaving them in full working order.
This customer couldn't believe we were actually able to fit a new motor right there and then, and was very satisfied with the outcome.
